Since Monster is an indoor only cat and she has decided that she must tear up everything we made the decision to have her declawed. On November 20th we took her in to the vet for the procedure. We have never had a cat declawed before and were nervous about how she would be and how it would all work out. In the end however everything went just fine and she had no problems at all. You can see in the pics that she is happily drugged and was that way for a few days.
They wrapped her feet in the cute pink and green booties! We got to take them off after 1 day and she was very happy about that. She really didn't like to walk with them on.
It has now been almost 3 weeks since the procedure and Monster is totally back to her normal self. Actually she was back to normal in just a few days but we had to keep her locked in the bedroom so she would stay calm and quiet! Now she is running around like her crazy mad self again!
